Perez Morton signs an order for the treasurer to send the Board copies of all warrants paid by order to Council to defray the expenses of transportation of prisoners, 1776 January 22. The collection also contains a receipt from Nicholas Tracy to Sam White for L20, 1776 February 12. In a brief letter, 1795 April 4, John Nixon directs John Nicholson to make some bills payable to [Robert?] Morris.
